1.2 The platform offers:

• Free calculations (past dates up to the current date)
• Paid calculations (future time periods)

1.3 Electronic messages are emails containing calculation results.

1.4 The services are based on algorithmic calculations and are provided exclusively for informational, entertainment, and experiential purposes.

1.5 No guarantee is given regarding:

• Accuracy or completeness of results
• Individual relevance or significance
• Personal or financial impact

2 – Registration and User Account

2.1 Registration is required for certain features. Users must provide accurate and complete information.

2.2 Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

2.3 The operator may suspend or delete accounts in cases of:

• Violation of these Terms of Use
• Misuse of the platform
• Technical or legal reasons

3 – Token System

3.1 Paid services are provided via virtual tokens.

3.2 Tokens are:

• Digital usage units with no cash value
• Not legal tender or electronic money
• Not an investment or store of value
• Non-transferable, non-tradeable, and non-redeemable for cash

3.3 Tokens represent a usage right within the day-x.fun platform only and have no real monetary value outside the platform.

3.4 Misuse or automated usage may result in account suspension.

4 – Prices and Payment Processing

4.1 All prices are clearly displayed before purchase. The applicable currency is stated prior to payment.

4.2 Payments are processed via external, certified payment providers.

4.3 The operator is not liable for technical issues caused by third-party payment providers.

5 – Token Validity

5.1 Tokens are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. The time limit exists for technical, economic, and organizational reasons.

5.2 Users will be notified in advance of token expiry, provided a valid contact method is available.

6 – Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

6.1 Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.

6.2 The withdrawal may be exercised:

• Via the electronic withdrawal function (withdrawal button) on www.day-x.fun – permanently accessible in the footer of every page, without requiring a login.

6.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, a clear declaration is sufficient. No reason is required.

6.4 In the event of a valid withdrawal, all payments received will be refunded promptly, and no later than within 14 days.

6.5 The right of withdrawal expires early if:

• The digital service has been fully performed,
• The user has expressly agreed before execution that performance may begin before the withdrawal period expires, and
• Has confirmed that they acknowledge the early expiry of the right of withdrawal.

This consent and confirmation is collected and documented technically during the purchase process.

7 – Refunds Outside the Right of Withdrawal

7.1 Unused tokens may be refunded upon request within 14 days of purchase.

7.2 Only actual payment processing costs incurred may be deducted.

8 – User Obligations

Users agree not to submit any content that is:

• Unlawful or offensive
• Discriminatory or harmful
• In violation of copyright or intellectual property rights

Users shall indemnify the operator against all third-party claims arising from misuse of the platform by the user.

9 – Availability and Changes to the Service

9.1 The operator strives for high platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

9.2 Features may be modified, restricted, or discontinued.

9.3 There is no entitlement to the permanent availability of individual features.

10 – Liability

10.1 Unlimited liability in cases of:

• Intent or gross negligence
• Injury to life, body, or health

10.2 In cases of slight negligence, the operator is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

10.3 No liability for:

• Incorrect user inputs
• Internet disruptions or server outages
• Technical failures of external services
• Financial decisions made based on calculation results

11 – Intellectual Property

All content on the day-x.fun platform is protected by copyright.

Automated scraping, copying, or redistribution of content is prohibited without express written permission.

12 – Misuse and Security

The operator may take technical and legal measures against automated bots, spam, and manipulation attempts.

In the event of a violation, the operator reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice.

13 – Privacy Policy

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the separate Privacy Policy on www.day-x.fun, which is available on the website at any time.

14 – Amendments to the Terms of Use

14.1 The operator reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use.

14.2 Users will be informed of significant changes in a timely manner by email or via a prominent notice on the website.

15 – Applicable Law

15.1 Hungarian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

15.2 Mandatory consumer protection rights of the country in which a consumer is habitually resident are not affected by this choice of law. In particular, consumers residing in the EU retain the minimum rights under EU Directive 2023/2673 (withdrawal button requirement).

16 – Place of Jurisdiction

The place of jurisdiction is Tamasi, Hungary, to the extent permitted by law. For consumers within the EU, the mandatory jurisdiction rules of the respective national law apply.

17 – Severability Clause

Should any individual provision of these Terms of Use be invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be deemed replaced by a valid one that most closely reflects the economic purpose of the original.
