Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of contract conclusion.
Full details on the right of withdrawal can be found in our
Terms of Use (Section 6).
From 19 June 2026, consumers can exercise their right of withdrawal quickly and digitally
via the electronic withdrawal function on www.day-x.fun.
The withdrawal button is permanently accessible in the footer of every page,
without requiring a login, and is clearly labelled “Cancel Contract.”
