How old your pet is in pet days

Calculation 8 shows you
how old your pet is in pet days –
calculated from the date of birth until today.
This calculation focuses exclusively on your pet’s age,
adjusted to its species-specific ageing process.

🧠 How is it calculated?

• This calculation is done exclusively in pet days
• Pets generally age significantly faster than humans

📋 The pet table currently contains (see the “Account” menu)
16 different pets,
including their individual ageing rate compared to humans.

🐾 Select your pet

Select your pet in the “Pet” field.
Is your pet not listed yet?
Then click “Add name”.

➕ Add a pet

In the “Add recipient” window
you will find the “Type” field.
There you select:

• Pet

Then enter:

• Name
• Date of birth

Save the entry and then return to the
calculation.

🔍 First calculation – free

After clicking “Calculate” Day-X shows you:

• all calculated information for your pet
• the pet days counted so far
• all data from the date of birth until today

All information up to this point is
free.

The system also automatically suggests the
nearest round 1,000-pet-day value.
You can change this value at any time.

▶️ Continue the calculation

In the button “Continue calculation” you will see:

• how many tokens are required for the calculation
• below the button, the currently available tokens

After clicking, Day-X calculates:
📅 the exact date
when the chosen
round pet-day value
will be reached.

🔁 Calculate again – no extra tokens

With “Calculate again” you can:

• change the target value up to two more times
• and run the calculation again

➡ without any additional token deduction.

💾 Save

After the third calculation
or by clicking “Save”
the greeting card is saved.

You will find it afterwards in the
“Greeting Cards” menu.
