Calculate Combined Days – Day-X Group Milestone for Family, Friends & Teams
With this calculation you can find out
how many days several people have lived together in total.
Day-X adds up the days of all selected people
and shows you the total number of days for the group.
For example, you can calculate
when a family, a group of friends or a team
reaches a specific number of days together –
for example 30,000, 50,000 or 100,000 combined days.

Calculate days for multiple people
In Calculation 2,
multiple people are included at the same time.
This calculation is perfect for example for:
- families
- groups of friends
- teams
- clubs
- regular meet-ups
- or any other group
👥 Select people
After opening the calculation you will see two lists:
- left: all saved recipients
- right: the currently selected people
👉 Click two or more people on the left
to add them to the group.
The selected people will appear on the right
as selected recipients.
🔄 Remove a person:
Click a person on the right,
and they will move back to the left list.
➕ Add new people
Is the list empty or is someone missing?
- Click “Add recipient”
- Enter the following information:
- Name or nickname
- Date of birth
- Email address
!! IMPORTANT !!
Tick the checkbox:
“I hereby confirm that I am allowed to send messages to this email address.” - Then return to Calculation 2
Repeat this process for each additional person.
📧 Why is an email address needed?
So that Day-X can automatically send a surprise message
on the calculated date.
🔍 First group calculation – free
Once all people are selected,
click “Calculate”.
This first calculation – from date of birth until today – is free
and uses no tokens.
Day-X will then show you:
- the data of each individual person
- how many days each person has already lived
- the total number of days for the entire group
🎯 Set your target number of days
The system automatically suggests a
round number of days
(for example 30,000 days).
You can change this number at any time,
for example:
- to another round number (31,000)
- or to a special number such as 22,222
▶️ Continue the calculation
Once you have set your desired number,
click “Continue calculation”.
This will show you:
- how many tokens are required
(depending on the number of people) - how many tokens you still have available
(shown below the button)
After starting the calculation:
- the required tokens are deducted
- and the exact date is calculated
when the group will reach that number of days
🔁 Change the number – no extra cost
After the first paid calculation
you can change the number:
- a second time
- or a third time
and recalculate –
with the same group of people –
without spending any additional tokens.
📋 Result and saving
The result shows:
- all selected people
- the calculated days for each person
- the date when the group
will reach the chosen number of days
💾 The greeting card is saved:
- automatically after the third calculation
- or immediately after clicking “Save”
You will find it afterwards in the
“Greeting Cards” menu.
